Things in the world are headed in the wrong direction! Agreed?!?
Even when we are given the facts showing the dishonesty of political leaders and groups, there is still no correction in life’s downward spiral. Evil is growing uncontrollably right before our eyes. This is so frustrating for many.
There are Christians, Patriots, Republicans, and many other groups that are feeling defeated. The terrible things that are happening are due to this corruption…and, it is so “UNFAIR”!
We all have high hopes that a leader will magically emerge and lead us. Someone to help us find fairness. We are filled with the desire and drive that we should be DOING SOMETHING.
We are STANDING UP, but what is the plan? We are all prepared to do our part, but what exactly is our part? Many of us would even sacrifice our lives to change the course of history, and restore happiness, peace, and love.
SOMEONE, PLEASE LEAD US!
I would venture to guess that MANY people are feeling this way. If you can relate, I would like to share something very important… and something that many of you already know.
This terrible, corrupt time on earth was foretold thousands of years ago by prophets of God. These ‘revelations’ the prophets received were written in the scriptures. Check these out:
*A global government would be the desire, (Daniel 2:40-44; 7:23; Revelation 13:7-8).
*Continued conflicts, (Mark 13:7-8; Luke 21:10).
*Fearful sights, (Luke 21:1).
*Deadly diseases, (Matthew 24:7; Revelation 6:8).
*A global economic system would exist, (Revelation 13:16-17). This one is coming soon.
*Great earthquakes, (Luke 21:11; Isaiah 24:19- 20; Revelation 6:12-14; 16:18-20).
*Marriage would be forbidden by many, (1 Timothy 4:3).
*Men would be lovers of themselves, (2 Timothy 3:1-2).
*Youth would become increasingly rebellious, (2 Timothy 3:2-3; Mark 13:12).
*Humanity would become increasingly materialistic and lovers of pleasure, (2 Timothy 3:1-5).
*Christians would be hated for His name’s sake, (Luke 21:17; Revelation 6:9-11; 20:4).
*Homosexuality would be flaunted, (Luke 17:28-30).
*Fallen angels would interact with mankind, (1 Timothy 4:1; Luke 17:26; Genesis 6:1-4). Did you watch the super bowl halftime show Feb 2021?
*Apostasy would occur, (2 Thessalonians 2:3).
*Deception would be accompanied by great signs and wonders, (Matthew 24:23-27).
*Environmental devastation, (Revelation 11:18).
*Many would forsake the Ten Commandments as a moral code, (Matthew 24:12; Revelation 9:21).
*Idolatry would be pervasive, (Revelation 9:20; 13:12-15; 19:20; Micah 5:10-15; Zechariah 13:1-2).
*Blasphemy would be common (2 Timothy 3:2; Revelation 16:9, 11, 21).
*Sexual immorality would be rampant, (Jude 18; Revelation 9:21).
*Men would sear their conscience so they could continue in sin, (1 Timothy 4:2).
*Men would mock the warning signs of the end, (2 Peter 3:3-4).
*Men would be gripped with fear when these signs occur (Luke 21:26), while others would look up with hopeful expectation, (Luke 21:28).
And there are certainly many other scriptures that explain the condition of the world in the last days.
So, here’s my point.
The world we live in today is exactly how the prophets saw that it would be. Evil appears to be winning; That’s how our chapter in the book of life is written. Our world is being overrun with terrible things. It is not by accident, nor is it because you and I are not trying hard enough to stop this corruption. Evil is making a run, and quite honestly no matter what the good people on earth do right now, nothing will change the course of the world, (don’t give up on me for just a minute, I’ll come back to what I just said).
God Himself is allowing this to happen, (wait for it).. BECAUSE THIS EVIL PERIOD OF TIME IS WHAT HE TOLD US WOULD HAPPEN!! It is as it is supposed to be. All of our best efforts, attorneys, leaders, groups, etc. will not change it for now. Evil and corruption appear to be winning for now. This does affect our life, and we are incredibly frustrated… and even emotionally exhausted at times.
Please understand this, because I want you to realize something that you already knew. THE LEADER THAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR… IS GOD! He is fully aware of the evil, corruption, dishonesty, and how bad things are here on this earth. He knows that things are not fair right now. And, HE loves us all enough to forwarn us that this would be the case in these last days. He told us so that we could make sense of the craziness happening.
So, realizing that this is the case, let our thoughts and efforts be geared to following our leader. It is not time to fight. It is time to get things right with you and your family and to come unto Christ. Then, let Him lead you.
What will He prompt you to do? To be kind. To love others, to show compassion, to help those around you, to prepare with material things such as food, to listen, to love, to have faith, to have hope, and to be like Him. (This is what we can do in this time of evil to make a difference in our lives and those around us).
Now, I’d like to close with another very important concept that you already know. In this war of Good vs Evil… this is how the book ends…GOOD WINS!!! This is also written in the words that God has shared with us through His prophets.
We win!!! And, not only do we win, but evil will be removed from the earth, for 1000 years.
Can you just imagine living in such an awesome environment? This is what you are fighting for right now, and you will soon receive such a blessing. You will then be surrounded by people with loving values, promoting peace. Be patient. Have faith. And thank a Father who loves you enough to share the book with you so that you will not lose hope.
Give glory to the leader that you perhaps have forgotten is guiding us. You can find peace and hope right now as you call upon Him, while on your knees. “There is Peace in Christ!”
